We are seeking a professional Service Advisor based in Kuwait to join our After-sales team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience that reflects our luxury brand standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main customer contact in Aftersales
- Coordinate job allocation and collaborate effectively with workshop and warranty teams
- Ensure superior customer experience through clear, professional communication
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a service advisor in automotive dealerships, preferably luxury brands
- Strong customer communication and job control skills
- CDK experience preferred
- Arab Nationals, Bilingual
- Male, below 45 years
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Valid Kuwaiti Residence Visa (Article 18)
