For a remarkable 3rd time in 4 years, Al-Zayani picked up the Middle East & India Importer of the Year Award.In this category we are measured against over 30 KPI’s aimed at defining business excellence and covering all aspects of our operation.Our notable successes included a near perfect customer experience score of 99.5%, highest market share in the region and highest growth in after sales.
Despite a declining market, particularly in the luxury segment, Al-Zayani continued to invest in growth and once again outperformed the market. Helped by our amazing new showroom with industry leading technology, 2017 also saw increased excitement in the Ferrari brand with an aggressive new product plan.So soon after the new GTC4 Lusso arrived in our showrooms, in March the all-new 812 Superfast was revealed in Geneva before the World Premiere of the Portofino in September.Add to that the exclusive models such La Ferrari Aperta, F12 TDF and now the 488 Pista, there truly has never been such an exciting time in the brands history.
