As the Marketing Manager for Luxury Automotive Brands, you will work closely with the Al-Zayani management team to develop and execute strategies that align with the overall marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for managing marketing expenditures within brand guidelines and ensuring that we achieve maximum ROI. 

All marketing communications and activities must uphold the values of Al-Zayani and the Manufacturer's brand. And as an Ambassador for Al-Zayani, you should always maintain the highest professionalism and values.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


As the Marketing Manager for a Premium Automotive Brand, you will oversee all marketing activities. 

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, leading marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams. 

To excel in this role, you should have a solid marketing background, ideally in the Premium Automotive industry. You should also possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. 

You will develop and execute a robust marketing plan, including ATL, BTL & TTL activities in alignment with business objectives and covering all operations.

You will be expected to build strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and suppliers while working within strict guidelines to create market-leading marketing strategies. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful social media management, online and offline media marketing, and creating an unrivalled customer journey. 

As the person in charge of customer events and campaigns, you will be responsible for maximizing leads while working within the agreed budget, using strong negotiation skills.

You must have a positive attitude, be a collaborative team player, and have experience managing people, preferably in the Premium Automotive Brands.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

  • At least 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred.

  • Strong organisational, decision-making, problem-solving, technical proficiency, and computer skills (MS Office Excel, Word).

  • Bilingual (Native Arab Speaker) with excellent spoken and written in English and Arabic

  • Applicants must have a valid Kuwaiti transferable residency (18) & Driving License.

This position will report to General Manager/Business Development Director.
