WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING THE TEAM:
- A positive 'can do' attitude with passion and determination to be the best
- A passion for delivering the highest levels of customer experience
- A demonstrable track record of achievement in customer service environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role
- A passion for automotive with basic technical knowledge
- A detailed knowledge of the Kuwait market and key customer demographics
- Ability to demonstrate our core values of RESPECT, INTEGRITY, PASSION, EXCELLENCE, INNOVATION & TEAMWORK
- You must have transferable Kuwait residency
