- As a VIP sales executive in our Ferrari division you will play a key part in exceeding customer expectations throughout the entire sales and delivery process
- You will be responsible for inquiry management through our industry leading digital process and customer experience platforms
- Your approach will a consultative and carefully advising our clients on every aspect of the purchase experience with complete transparency
- You will be completely focused on customer experience with a customer first attitude at all times
- You will be part of a high performance team that will push you to do your best every day, allowing you to reach your full potential
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM:
- A positive 'can do' attitude with passion and determination to be the best
- A demonstrable track record of achievement in previous roles
- At least 3 years sales or customer service experience in the Kuwait market
- An ability to thrive under pressure to tight deadlines in a very fast paced environment
- A high level of IT literacy to utilize our entirely electronic sales process
