  • As a VIP sales executive in our Ferrari division you will play a key part in exceeding customer expectations throughout the entire sales and delivery process
  • You will be responsible for enquiry management through our industry leading digital process and customer experience platforms

  • You will be completely focused on customer experience with a customer first attitude at all times

  • A positive 'can do' attitude with passion and determination to be the best
  • A demonstrable track record of achievement in previous roles
  • At least 3 years sales or customer service experience in the Kuwait market
  • An ability to thrive under pressure to tight deadlines in a very fast paced environment
  • A high level of IT literacy to utilise our entirely electronic sales process
